Fall coho fishing has been solid this week. Nice size fish this year!

Pink salmon fishing has been excellent the past 4 weeks. The pinks have now moved on to the the rivers. Its now time for the return of the Coho salmon. Catch has been decent and should only improve with each incoming tide! These migrating fish are great eating salmon!

We have been catching pinks throughout the day! Each day more and more Pinks arrive. Coho are just around the corner!

We've experienced some solid action netting resident Coho salmon! Quite a few Chinook salmon were caught and released as well. We are required to use barbless hooks which helps released fish have the best chance of being released uninjured. We expect July to be steady action of Coho, Chinook and Pink Salmon. Most days chinook must be released this summer as is the norm California to Alaska to help the stocks.

Coho arrived a bit early this year and mornings trips have been outstanding. Sunny afternoons have been a bit tougher, and a cloud cover would help! The next 6 weeks should be outstanding!

Excellent coho fishing as the ocean coho make their way to Puget Sound!. We are starting to see some larger fish like the one above. Most have been smaller but as the month goes on, I expect to see larger fish!
