Crappie,Perch, Walleye,Bass,Bluegill and Pike have been hungry as of late. The warm up has them active! Still a few dates left in February

It's been an outstanding season so far! The water's warm, the fish are active and the bite has been outstanding! Good numbers and size of fish. I don't see it letting up anytime soon.

No more Musky trips until Late August

I will Not be doing any more muskie trips until the water stratifies and late August early September. Muskies have a high delayed mortality rate due to warm water, stress of being caught and energy expelled that can't be replaced in a short time. I hope you understand that these fish are trophies and should be retreated with respect. Thank you

The bite is on fire! Over 250 fish in the boat in 2 days. Crappie, Bluegill, Bass Walleye and Pike are ALL active. Finding both postspawn and spawning fish spread out in the weeds. Covering water is crucial. It's a great time to be out on the lake!
