Stripeys were everywhere!

The tunas are here, we had a great 6 hr trip today with our guests finding hungry tunas a couple hours into our trip. The first bite came off but the second one stuck with nice 110lb yellow fin.

Fun morning and an honor to take out a couple Marines stationed here at K- Bay and a brother in law of theirs here on vacation. The ledge had been holding some nice onos lately so we targeted them as well as some yellow fins we saw the day before. The guys took out a couple ono, 1 about 20 and another about 30. The yellowfin stayed low and avoided our wrath. Book your trip the summer fishing gas been good with a various species showing up everyday.

The afternoon half day was slow, like the morning trip, but the weather was beautiful. Thanks to our morning guests that caught us bait for the day, one lucky young man got his first yellowfin that couldn’t resist the live bait. Come try your luck with us, you never know whats gonna happen.
