I’ve fished enough (fresh water) to know how fishing goes. It wasn’t a day of numbers, but it was one heckuva day regardless! Capt. David was great! He was determined to get Jake on a monster, and he did just that. After netting and sadly losing the BIGGEST cast net catch of bait (so many pogies it snapped the handline), we got a few bait fish from another friendly charter Capt and set out on the hunt. We stopped at a bridge, threw some lines and started watching rod tips. A couple of missed bites later, the fight was on! Jake jumped to the rod and all 90lbs of that young man fought for almost 10 minutes to land the biggest saltwater AND freshwater fish he’s ever caught. What a catch! 38” bull red…the very fish we were hoping and dreaming of catching. So happy that it was Jake who caught it and so happy Capt. David put us in the right spot! Capt. David is a friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and savvy person and charter Captain. He made it a memorable experience for our trip…one we won’t forget. Thank you, Capt. David. We’ll be reaching out again for our next saltwater trip!

I highly recommend Great White Charters. Capt. Dave is a great fishing guide, and a conscientious boat captain. He goes out of his way not only to lead you to where the fish are but also to make sure that the whole experience is fun and memorable. He's also patient and kind, so he's great for family trips as well as more rugged adventures. And he's a good conversationalist, so there's never a dull moment while you wait for the next fish to bite!

David was fantastic! We had the best time. All three of us didn’t just catch fish. We caught fish we have never caught before. Of course, our teenage son had the catch of the day with a 27” red! Making great memories was as important to Captain David as it was for us. Highly recommend this excursion with Captain David if you’re looking for an experience to remember in Saint Augustine!

Great morning! The eating fish weren’t biting, but we had a bunch of firsts for our kids. 4 1/2 foot bonnet shark, Black Sea bass, pinfish, catfish. We caught sting ray with every stop, so including a large 2 foot. Captain Dave is so kind, fantastic boat, kept searching opportunities to catch. We would book again and highly recommend!!

We did a 4 hr inshore trip with Captain David and we had a great time. Caught a bunch of fish like flounder, Red fish, some stingrays and sharks and several other species. Biggest issue is that were catching Red fish over the size limit so we had to let them go....but now catching big fish really isnt a problem is it!

Captain David was the man. Put us on the fish quickly and we were catching all day. The boat was great, all the gear was prepped and ready to go, and it was everything you could ask for out of a fishing trip. Highly recommend!

My husband, sons (11yo and 13yo) and I had such a great experience chartering with Captain Dave and Great White. He is very knowledgeable, engaging and patient. We caught so many fish, including an 8lb redfish and a10lb black drum. We also caught yellow mouth, whiting, trout and catfish. I would highly recommend this charter company and Capt. Dave!

started the day off catching bait, then within the first hour had a double hit. Ended the trip with two king fish. Captin David is knowledgeable of the area and fish.

Capt David was awesome! Boated 7 reds ranging from 29”-42” none of which were in the slot (so, we couldn’t keep any). Amazing memories, great fishing, great conversations!

We enjoyed the day out on the awesome, well equipped boat with Captain Ballard. He knows the area, where to catch fish, and was great st communication through the entire process. It was great to see 2 boat captains communicating with each other to ensure we all (both parties, 2 separare boats) had a great fishing experience. Thank you!!
