La Costa Charters 

I wanted to share a quick update from our recent fishing charter. We had an outstanding day on the water, bringing in roughly 120 fish over the course of the trip. Conditions were ideal, and the action stayed steady from start to finish. Of the total catch, about 50 were solid keepers—healthy, good‑sized fish that made the day even more rewarding. Captian Patrick and the crew worked hard, and the experience was one of the most productive outings we’ve had in a long time. Thank you for helping make the trip possible. It was a memorable and highly successful day.

Captain Patrick and first Mate Brad were as good as it can get!!! Very professional, very safe, patient with the kiddos, on the spot with bait and fish removal. Captain Patrick knows where the fish are and how to get em on your line. I can say that almost 95% of the casts we made either had a fish on or some sort of bite. My family of four caught over 70 fish. We did not keep them all as there are only a few of us the eat it. The fish we kept were filleted and we took them to a local restaurant where they cooked all of it for $10. Just a great fishing experience!! My kids still Cannot stop talking about it. My daughter caught a 11lb 28” red grouper that she is so proud of and my son caught a few that were a little smaller but still nice. We caught several species and first mate Brad was very informative of ALL of them with info like species, and some of the dangers they pose with spines and sharp gill plates. This was the best saltwater fishing charter I have ever been on. I would recommend La Costa charters 100% and would not even consider any other….. not that the others are bad, but this charter has everything you could ask for and is worth every penny for what you get. I will book LaCosta charters next time we go to Madeira Beach Florida.

Patrick did an amazing job. My daughter and I chartered a half day trip and it did not disappoint. He did everything for us and ensured a great experience. We caught 19 fish that were large enough to take back to the dock and filet. He did all of that for us. It was a really great expereince. My daughter had never done this before and loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone that is looking for a recommendation. It was well worth the price of admission.

The whole group had a great time. We caught all that we wanted to keep. The only thing that we would want to change - we would have wanted to go farther out weather permitting, and catch a few more different types of fish, both items being out of the hands of the captain and crew. All in all, we had a great time.
