You can explore inshore and nearshore waters as well as the beautiful Gulf stream waters and wrecks chasing a wide variety of prized fish. Join Captain Daniel Burrus and discover the beautiful marine world of Hatteras!

Our new vessel Reel Angel is a 36' 1969 Hatteras flybridge with twin 2019 Cummins diesel engines. Completely rebuilt, restored by the best artisans in Wanchese. An absolute classic, now with all the modern, best equipment. Proven to catch fish and delight anyone aboard!

Some of the species you can go after include Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Drum, and Bluefish for inshore trips. You will catch them by bottom fishing, trolling, and sight fishing and you're free to keep a regulation limit of any fish you catch if you want to. Offshore targets include Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, and some tasty bottom fish such as Triggerfish, Seabass, Snapper, and Amberjack. Also, feel free to bring any kids you want on your trip as they may create lifelong memories, and having them on board can make the atmosphere even better.

Captain Daniel will provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle as well as fishing licenses, meaning you should only take care of your favorite food and drinks before you start the trip.

Full day with captain Burrus

Extended Full Day Trip – Offshore il April 30, 2022

Great day fishing with an awesome captain. He wasn’t afraid to pick up and run at extra 20 miles to put us in the meat when he got a call of a hot bite!

Awesome Halfday with Capt. Daniel!!!

I have fished all over the east coast and I put Capt. Daniel up there with the best! We caught a wide variety of fish and he kept us in the action. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this trip! Gonna do the full day next year

Such a great day in-shore fishing with Captain Daniel.  We caught king mackerel, Spanish mackerel and albacore.  Weather was perfect!  Great way to spend a day with family.

I’ve been fishing with Daniel for many years now and it’s never been a disappointment, he has a wide range of experience and skills under his belt and is always a great time to be around. I would highly recommend him for a fun safe and successful day of fishing
