I booked this trip as a birthday gift for my husband. He is a 100% disabled veteran. He and my daughter had the best time. Ken was a fantastic captain and angler!! He was very knowledgeable and just an all around good person. The communication about this trip was also wonderful. I couldn’t have picked a better gift. And definitely couldn’t have picked a better boat captain!! Thank you Ken!!!

Writing reviews is always tricky to convey how something was genuinely, but there is no way to describe it other than perfect. Ken made the trip what it was, super helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I can see why so many 5* reviews have been given.
Captain Ken was welcoming, on time, boat in the water ready to go. You can tell that not only Ken is a great guide, but a passionate fisherman and put us in the spots we needed to be and gave guidance throughout the trip.
We caught many fish, and had the time of our lives.
Couldn’t recommend going on this charter higher, I will 100% be going again when I’m in town.
To Ken - thanks again for the hospitality for me and my Dad, you made our trip!

Amazing family trip! Our guide, Ken, made our son Liam’s very first fishing trip unforgettable. Liam had never caught a fish before, and Ken took the time to teach him everything—how to cast, set the hook, and handle the fish safely. Ken stayed patient, kept Liam comfortable, and turned learning into pure fun. The result: multiple fish landed and a huge boost of confidence. Liam hasn’t stopped talking about it since.

Half Day Trip – Potomac Snakehead il June 6, 2025 • 1 adulto • 1 bambino
Ken is a fantastic guide! He took my 13 year old son and I out for a half day excursion on a tidal creek of the Potomac. His boat and gear were in tip top shape and ready to go on arrival. Although we were targeting Snakehead and only got one strike, it was explosive and were glad that my son got the strike. Over the course of 4 hours, we caught numerous largemouth bass, yellow perch, and a catfish (my son's first). Ken was patient while giving us guidance and instruction to make our day a success. I've fished all of my life, but both my son and I came away with tips, tricks, and core memories to last a lifetime. Ken's just a great all around guy to spend some time fishing with. I can't recommend him enough. Book your trip and you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be booking another with him in the future!

Great fishing experience!

Captain Ken was a great guide. He told us what to do to catch bass, and once I got the feel of it, I caught fish. He was really good with my grandson, who caught bass too. His equipment was excellent. I would recommend his services to anyone serious about fishing.
