I booked a trip for myself, my husband (who is an avid fisherman), my older brother, and our two sons (who are game, but not so keen on the sport); and a great time was had by all. When the morning started, the water was a bit murky due to recent rain, so Josh was a bit concerned about how the trout would be biting, but he put us in the right spots and we almost limited out on Rainbow Trout and would have except we threw back a couple of smaller ones. Josh was a great teacher for all of us, especially my youngest son, which I especially appreciated. The natural beauty of Branson was exquisite on the lake. Josh’s knowledge of the sport and his ability to banter with the best of us in fun made it a special day! Thank you for the great experience, Josh!

we booked a bass targeted trip and ended up catching that & more ! I'll definitely be booking again the next time we makena trip out here to branson. Even with it being the day after everyone being on the water for 4th of july we were still able to catch bass, catfish and walleye
This was a our third trip with Josh. Josh always comes through to make your experience enjoyable. He makes sure everyone gets out of the trip that they were looking for. My kiddo caught all the fish and it was her 1st time fishing. Josh was so patient and kind, highly recommend. We will be back when it is not a high traffic weekend such as Spring Break.. Josh navigated so well despite all the rent a boat people out fishing with little boat etiquette. Thank you Josh, we appreciate you and see you next time!

My brother and I, both experienced fishermen, took a trip with Captain Josh on Lake Taneycomo to fish the cold water for trout. He showed us new rigging and fishing techniques and always kept our needs first. Very personable and professional. Yes, we caught our limit.
