We chose to stop at 5 to save somr for others. Lol. Actually 5 was enough for our needs. I would recommend booking with Capt Josh and I'll do it again.

We also caught Barracuda. Cptn Josh was professional and friendly. He takes good care of his boat. It is clean and comfortable. I highly recomend Southern Son Charters.

Caught fish all afternoon and landed our last tuna just as it was time to head back in. The boat ride in was relaxing and a great way to end the day with some good music to boot. We are already planning our return and next outing with Josh. Thank you for the Poke recipe. We were eating our fresh catch before the sun was down. And Go Vols!

He is very knowledgeable and our family had a lot of fun catching mahi mahi and yellowtail’s. We have been on a lot of charters and this truly was the best one ever. Our family still yells “FISH ON!!” Can’t wait to go back to Marathon next year. We will definitely be booking with Josh again!!

The guys worked hard, got wet, and were AWESOME with the kids. We learned a lot, the conversation was fun, and everyone had a great time!! Would recommend 100% - will definitely book again when we return to the area!!

It was a great day with a fellow Veteran, Chief 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Had to do it!!!! And fresh dinner too
We caught two mahi but werent able to get them on the actual boat. Captain Josh did everything he could to land us on more fish, but the company was great and experience was fun! Would recommend Captain Josh to anyone.
You guys were awesome to have onboard! I enjoyed the day!
Captain Josh got us on the yellow tail and everybody got a catch, even some that had never fished before. He was very patient in teaching us how to haul them in. We also had 1 in our party with some physical concerns and the captain was very accommodating and made sure everyone had a great time and was taken care of. Have already booked my next trip!

We were met by friendly crew and Capt. Josh. He explained everything to us and went over everything on the boat before we left. Once out on the water it was nothing but tight lines and awesome fishing for the rest of the day. Another plus was after a long day of fishing is that the crew cleaned and prepped the fish so I could just go home and start cooking an awesome dinner.100% recommend southern son. We will for sure be back to try snorkeling and a sunset cruise.
