I fell in love with the blue water and the offshore fishing atmosphere after catching my 1st Mahi! From there on, I wanted to learn everything when it came to catching offshore fish. I'm a Navy Veteran, Firefighter/Paramedic as well.

6 ore Altura • 2 adultiWe wanted to catch so green fish and Capt Josh made it happen. Almost 3hrs no fish then 4 inside 30min followed by a 5th another 30min later. We chose to stop at 5 to save somr for others. Lol. Actually 5 was enough for our needs. I would recommend booking with Capt Josh and I'll do it again.

6 ore Altura • 3 adultiWe caught two mahi but werent able to get them on the actual boat. Captain Josh did everything he could to land us on more fish, but the company was great and experience was fun! Would recommend Captain Josh to anyone.

6 Hr Reef, Wreck and Bay • 4 adultiCaptain Josh got us on the yellow tail and everybody got a catch, even some that had never fished before. He was very patient in teaching us how to haul them in. We also had 1 in our party with some physical concerns and the captain was very accommodating and made sure everyone had a great time and was taken care of. Have already booked my next trip!

8 Hr Full Day TripWe were met by friendly crew and Capt. Josh. He explained everything to us and went over everything on the boat before we left. Once out on the water it was nothing but tight lines and awesome fishing for the rest of the day. Another plus was after a long day of fishing is that the crew cleaned and prepped the fish so I could just go home and start cooking an awesome dinner.100% recommend southern son. We will for sure be back to try snorkeling and a sunset cruise.

La pioggia finalmente si attenua a ottobre e la temperatura scende a un ragionevole 85. I tonni sono al loro apice in questo periodo dell'anno, con il Tonno pinna gialla e il Blackfin tuna che abboccano bene in altura, e il Tarpon e lo Snook continuano a riempire i fondali bassi.

The Mahi bite continues to be strong. I love seeing people get the 1st Mahi, its exciting to watch their reactions!!! Mahi is excellent table fare as well and people love it!

The mahi bite continues to be good. Mahi are very fun to catch and can be pretty entertaining when they jump!!! Of course their colors are amazing when they are in the water!!! The Mangove bite is getting better and better! Mangoves are also fun to catch and rank right up there for table fare! Come on and lets fish!

The Mahi bite has been on fire. We have also picked up a couple of prized Wahoo. Deep dropping has been pretty good as well for Blue Line Tilefish! The summer is here and the bite is just as hot!

The yellowjacks, jack cravelles, Mangroves and Yellowtails have been chewing!!!! Waters are continuing to cool down and the bite continues to get better and better!

The mahi bite continues to be great!!! The seas were a little stout yesterday but we found the fish and they were chewing hard. Everyday is different the only constant is change and being adaptive works!!
The reef bite has been ok. We have to keep weeding through the smaller ones. When the seas arent so stout, drifting across local bottom structure has been good for Grouper and Muttons.
Some days just take more time than others. Our 6,8 or 10 hr charters are pefect for allowing extra time and being about to go where we need to.
Next week, June 24 is looking AMAZING to be on the water and fishing. The wind and seas are going to play nice together in the sandbox and it looks GREAT!!!
