Authentic Nature Tours si occupa esclusivamente della pesca nelle splendide acque di Río Lagartos.
Da queste parti è comune catturare Tarpon, Snook, Horse-eye jack, Almano jack, Skipjack tuna, Cobia, Barracuda maggiore, Jack crevalle, Spotted seatrout e molto altro ancora, con un po' di fortuna. Potrai pescare la tua preda con spinning, popping, traina o forse qualcosa di più specializzato in questa zona. Il capitano Juan Carlos offre anche pesca a mosca, ma potresti dover portare la tua attrezzatura da mosca.
Inoltre, puoi far pulire il tuo pescato.
Lancerai le lenze da una barca da pesca di 23' che può trasportare fino a 2 passeggeri. È dotata di tutto l'essenziale di cui una macchina da pesca non può fare a meno.
Un secondo sarà presente per assicurarsi che tutto fili liscio. I secondi lavorano duramente per rendere la tua uscita memorabile, quindi una mancia del 10-20% è consuetudine.
La licenza di pesca per la giornata è inclusa nel charter, devi solo presentarti pronto per divertirti! Alcuni pesci hanno regolamenti speciali, compreso il periodo in cui puoi trattenerli. Basta chiedere e il tuo capitano potrà darti maggiori informazioni.
Non dimenticare di portare occhiali da sole, un cappello e crema solare (non spray). Ci saranno delle bevande disponibili, ma fai sapere al capitano se desideri portare le tue. L'alcol è consentito con moderazione, ma dovresti evitare i superalcolici e le bottiglie di vetro. Ci saranno cibo e alcuni snack leggeri forniti a bordo.

Fishing tour

We recently went on a fishing tour (even though we didn't book through FishingBooker) and it was an excellent experience. The captain truly knows what he's doing, inspires confidence, and knows the area very well. Everything was very well organized. Highly recommended!

6 Hour Trip – Combined Fishing il December 29, 2025 • 2 adulti
We went fishing with this company. It was an inexperienced guide speaking a bit of english who didnt look like he new much about fishing and a young capt who knew more. I asked to go for any speacies that would bite, just to catch something. They insisted on fishing with plastic lures, no live bait. Did not give us good directions on techniques. we tryed a couple of spots, no luck. Good boat, good lunch and drinks.

On the day of your trip, we first took you to one of our most productive fishing areas, especially known for barracuda and juvenile tarpon. This spot is normally very consistent, and even our local captain — whose family has fished these waters for generations — was surprised by the lack of activity that day.
When we saw that the fish were not biting, we decided to move to another area to increase your chances. As a last effort to save the day, we even entered the mangroves to try fly-fishing style casting, even though fly fishing is a separate service and not included in this trip. Unfortunately, fly fishing in this region works best early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and combined with the sudden change in weather and increased swell, the conditions were not favorable.
Despite this, we truly did our best to adapt and try different techniques and locations. We appreciate your positive comments about the boat, food, and drinks, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue improving our service.
We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
