    (Full Day Trip)

    Stellar Fishing Experience!!!

Francisco & Onar went out of their way to give us an amazing fishing trip. We caught the largest sailfish I have ever seen in person, a big female dorado (which we brought home for dinner) and lots of smaller dorado, skipjack tuna, and a huge lemon shark. The boat is great and the equipment is top of the line. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!!

    We Slayed

Greg ans Andy made us feel welcomed right off the bat. When the Bonita started hitting, the were just as excited as we were. And we had never ocean fished before! It just showed thier love of the sport. We had a great time and can't wait to book another trip next time we visit O'side. Thanks again guys.

    Great captain

Captain Dave was great engaged everyone and made the trip fun for everyone. Caught fish even though they weren’t biting very aggressively. Great time

    (6 Hour Gulf Shared (AM))

    Good trip small fish

started out windy and rough making bottom fish difficult but calmed down a little later in the trip. Crew worked extremely hard and tried really hard to put us on larger fish. We did manage to boat some keepers. Deck hand did an awesome job filleting our catch! the wind and fish were a little uncooperative but crew did everything possible to make us successful.

    unforgettable trip!

Captain Cheyenne, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fishing. We had so much fun. We were catching more fish than any of the other boats around.

Skipjack fishing is all about speed, action, and non-stop fun. Skipjack Tuna school in big numbers and hit hard. They run fast, dive deep, and keep rods bent. Many anglers target them for the rush, steady bites, and quality meat when handled on ice.

Teams often troll small feathers, cedar plugs, or spoons at a brisk pace. Casting metal jigs or small plugs into breaking fish also works well. Live bait like sardines or anchovies is deadly when fish are finicky. Chumming, which means tossing bits of bait to draw fish close, can spark a fast bite. Look for birds, rip lines, and surface splashes. Use light to medium tackle with smooth drags and clear leaders for more strikes.

Expect a fast-paced trip with doubles and even multiple hookups. This is a great option for first-time anglers, kids, and anyone who enjoys steady action. Bring sun protection, polarized sunglasses, a hat, and non-slip shoes. Pack a light jacket and a camera. If you plan to keep fish, bring a cooler for the ride home and be ready to ice them quickly. Your crew will guide you on handling, bleeding, and storing your catch.

Regulations for Skipjack Tuna vary by region and can change during the year. Always check local fishing license and permit rules before you go. Confirm open seasons, areas, and harvest limits for your trip. When in doubt, ask your captain about current rules and best practices for keeping or releasing fish.
