Momodou is the owner of the company and fishing is just his hobby. He is living in Gambia, but he spends a lot of time in Finland. He has many boats in his fleet, and there are 4 captains working for him, all of which are locals. They have a traditional way of fishing and they know the fishing grounds very well. His main captain is Amaro, and others jump in on busy days. Fishing is part of their lives, and fishing is what they have all been doing since they were crawling as toddlers.
