Born and raised in the Panhandle of Florida, Captain Ryan Hugghins grew up fishing the inshore and offshore waters from Panama City to Destin Florida since he was a child. Captain Ryan started his fishing career at the age of 15 as a first mate and fell in love with the fisheries and business and has never looked back! Now in 2022, he is the owner and operator at 30A Shallow Water! Captain Ryan welcomes you to join him in experiencing what the inshore bay system of Santa Rosa Beach, FL has to offer!

Slight change in plans ended up having us meet him closer to PCB but well worth the extra 15 min drive for non stop action. Took it nice and slow for my 2yr old but that didn't slow us down. Came home with a bag full of trout and enjoyed several hrs on the water. Highly recommend for any families/anglers looking for time on the water with someone who knows these waters better than anyone. 5+ stars.

Boat was spotless, gear was solid, and the jokes were as good as the fishing. We caught so many fish I half expected one to jump in the cooler just to save time. If you want a guide who knows his stuff and keeps you laughing, this is the one.”
