Riepilogo della Battuta

On June 4, we departed Cabo San Lucas heading south. At approximately 3 miles offshore, a striped marlin aggressively struck the rigger bait, but after the initial hookup, it crossed the line and broke free, costing us the fish. We then changed course west and continued fishing off the Diamante area. About 4 miles from shore, another striped marlin attacked the rigger bait. This time, after a great fight, we successfully brought the fish alongside the boat and released it in excellent condition. On the run back toward Cabo, while working the 3-mile line, we had one final encounter with another striped marlin that aggressively followed the trolling lures but refused to commit. We returned to the marina after another exciting day of marlin fishing. โธป Conditions: * Good offshore trolling conditions * Active striped marlin along the coastline * Productive blue water near Diamante * Selective but aggressive billfish behavior โธป Summary: A solid offshore trip featuring: * 1 striped marlin caught and released * 1 striped marlin lost after breaking the line * 1 additional striped marlin followed the spread Another technical day on the water, proving that persistence and proper bait presentation continue to produce excellent striped marlin action in Cabo San Lucas. ???

Double Striped Marlin Action Aboard ADRE
Double Striped Marlin Action Aboard ADRE
Luglio 30, 2026
On the afternoon of July 29, ADRENALINA 2.0 departed Cabo San Lucas at 2:00 PM for a 4-hour charter. We ran straight offshore to approximately 3 miles outside the bay in search of feeding yellowfin tuna. After finding no productive tuna activity, we changed course north toward the San Jaime area. Our trolling spread consisted of two rigged dead baits and four artificial lures: a Flying Fish lure, Chihuili, Petrolero, and a purple lure. At 3:45 PM, the action began when a striped marlin struck the short rigged dead bait. After a solid hookup by the mate, the fish put on an exciting 40-minute fight before being successfully brought alongside the boat. The marlin was briefly brought aboard for photos with the anglers and was then safely released in excellent condition. As we headed back toward Cabo, we had one more exciting opportunity. About half a mile later, the captain spotted another striped marlin finning on the surface. After circling the fish, it aggressively attacked the Petrolero lure, but unfortunately it failed to hook up and swam away. We returned to Cabo San Lucas Marina at 6:05 PM, completing another memorable afternoon of billfish action. โธป Conditions: * Calm afternoon seas * Excellent blue-water conditions * Good visibility offshore * Active striped marlin around the San Jaime area โธป Summary: Another successful afternoon aboard ADRENALINA 2.0 featuring: * 1 striped marlin caught and released * 1 additional striped marlin raised but not hooked * 40-minute fight * Caught on a short rigged dead bait Another outstanding catch-and-release trip showcasing the exceptional striped marlin fishing that makes Cabo San Lucas one of the worldโ€™s premier billfish destinations. ????
