On July 16, we headed to the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. Just a few miles off Pedregal, we encountered a school of striped marlin actively feeding on the surface.
One of the marlin committed to the spread, and after an exciting fight, we successfully brought the fish alongside the boat and released it in excellent condition.
Following the release, we changed course and headed east toward the waters off Santa Marรญa, where we located an active school of yellowfin tuna. Although the tuna were feeding in the area, they remained extremely selective, and despite several presentations, we were unable to hook one.
After working the area thoroughly, we returned to Cabo San Lucas Marina.
