It is always a real pleasure to receive customers of the house. Today we accompany a great Texas friend who trusted us again this year for a half-day. We started looking for action with the trolling, but seeing that the surface was slow, our captain did not think twice: he adjusted the strategy and we went straight to test on a stone that we had marked in the GPS. And bottom fishing paid for the play! More than 30 minutes of intense elbow-to-side battle on the deck followed; we managed to raise him to the surface and see his huge silhouette before he managed to burst the line at the last moment. After rescheduling the departure due to the bad weather of the past few days, we went out into the water with the best energy, comments and desire to live a great experience. The initial goal of our anglers was to do bottom fishing. However, analyzing the weather and the fresh reports of other captains, our captain proposed to try their luck first with the currents a few miles away to look for the early Mahi-Mahi. Although the golden did not want to collaborate on the surface, the reading of the sea was right for the second part of the plan: we went straight to our trusted spot and the background action exploded. Results of the day: 4 large Snappers 3 Pochotes 4 Groupers 6 Rabbitfish Full boxes, happy customers and lots of firewood for dinner!
