¡Y QUE SIGA LA CUMBIAA! Con ese grito de guerra arrancamos el segundo día de pesca con nuestros amigos argentinos. Nos fuimos al agua en un tour vespertino de 5 horas Inshore, armados con buena carnada viva y la mejor energía para el "show de la tarde". ¡Y los protagonistas no tardaron en aparecer! En menos de una hora se dejó venir el primer gran peleador: un Pez Gallo (Roosterfish) que, aunque no era gigantesco, demostró una coordinación bárbara en el agua para no dejarse arrimar al bote. Luego de esa primera dosis de adrenalina, los pibes pidieron probar la pesca de fondo (bottom fishing). Ahí la cosa se puso cuesta arriba debido a las altas temperaturas del agua que viene dejando el fenómeno de El Niño; pero como en la cancha, aquí no se rinde nadie. Cuando ya rozábamos la hora de retorno, el mar nos regaló el cierre soñado: se enganchó un imponente Jurel de gran peso y fuerza que puso a prueba la resistencia de todos a bordo y dejó a más de uno sin aliento. ¡Qué pedazo de cierre de jornada! Dato de la tripulación: Hoy el crew andaba fino y efectivo. Llevábamos solo 10 carnadas vivas en la carnada y únicamente hicieron falta dos para conquistar a las dos mejores piezas del día. ¡Efectividad pura al 100%! ¡Energía argentina y dos hermosos Sailfish para la racha! Qué increíble jornada pasamos con nuestros amigos que nos visitaron desde Argentina. Llegaron con toda la buena vibra a sumarse a la excelente racha de pesca que venimos arrastrando en la embarcación. Aunque no todos tenían experiencia en el mar, traían un objetivo clarísimo: llevarse la foto del recuerdo con un trofeo del Pacífico. ¡Y la gracia estuvo de nuestro lado! Logramos subir al barco dos espectaculares Pez Vela (Sailfish) para cumplirles el sueño antes de cambiar de táctica. Luego pasamos a la modalidad de bottom fishing (pesca de fondo), pero como en el mar la salud y la comodidad de los clientes siempre van primero, el mareo hizo de las suyas y los muchachos prefirieron no forzar el cuerpo. Decidimos retornar a puerto casi tres horas antes de lo planificado con la satisfacción de la misión cumplida y la foto del trofeo en mano. ¡Grandes muchachos, un gusto tenerlos a bordo! After rescheduling the departure due to the bad weather of the past few days, we went out into the water with the best energy, comments and desire to live a great experience. The initial goal of our anglers was to do bottom fishing. However, analyzing the weather and the fresh reports of other captains, our captain proposed to try their luck first with the currents a few miles away to look for the early Mahi-Mahi. Although the golden did not want to collaborate on the surface, the reading of the sea was right for the second part of the plan: we went straight to our trusted spot and the background action exploded. Results of the day: 4 large Snappers 3 Pochotes 4 Groupers 6 Rabbitfish Full boxes, happy customers and lots of firewood for dinner!
