Randy was excellent. The fish were not cooperating for us today and he still managed to help us find 3 limits of trout. He was very patient with my two boys and went out of his way to try and teach them how to catch trout.
Captain Randy is a master at locating and catching fish. He will help you, from the least experienced, to the Professional, he has something to offer. His knowledge is vast and he shares it in a friendly and engaging mannor. Book him while you can. A true Texas Coastal treasure.
My buddy and I had an absolute blast fishing with captain Randy for a half day trip. Randy was honest, knowledgeable and was a treat to spend our morning with. He let us know the bite was early so we got up extra early so we could get on the fish. Within 10 minutes we were putting trout in the boat. We caught our limit super quick and spent the rest of the morning culling and looking for the redfish bite. We caught a few more nice trout and called it around 10:30. Exceptional trip! I’ll definitely be booking Randy again in the future!
We had a great trip with Randy. We were very fortunate to limit out the entire boat of 4 guys with a redfish haul incl. one oversized red. Randy was prepared for our group and very knowledgeable about local spots and fishing conditions. We were very fortunate to have great fishing conditions and immediately be pulling in fish. That’s not always the case on fishing trips since there are many factors that go into a successful trip. Randy was a superb captain and I would highly recommend him and will definitely book a return trip.
The bite was completely off today but the captain did everything under the sun to get us on fish. My son and I did boat a fish each thanks to his hard work. I will definitely fish with Randy again!! Don’t hesitate to book a trip with him. Great boat, top notch equipment, and Randy was nice and was a pleasure to spend the day with
I took my graduating grandson on a morning fishing excursion. Weather was a bit questionable but the experience was great! Thanks to Randy’s knowledge of the area we were able to find a spot yielding several nice slot Speeckled Trout. (They were extremely tasty!). We had to cut short the trip as the storms closed in, (with lightning strikes approaching), but a great morning none the less. Kudos to Randy for his knowledge in locating fish.
