Capt Scott made our day!
My wife and I live in NW Cape and fish inshore often—though our “catches” are usually a puny trout here, a catfish there, maybe a puffer fish or a small shark. We decided it was time to up our game, so we booked a trip with Capt. Scott—and he delivered. He showed up right on time, stocked with plenty of live bait, and had us on fish almost immediately. By the end of the trip, we’d hit our daily limit on snapper, landed two beautiful trout, a Spanish mackerel, a few small Gag Grouper that we released, and more. My wife even caught her first snook (had to release it, but it was a thrill). Capt. Scott didn’t just put us on fish—he taught us the right techniques, the best bait for the season, and shared a ton of local knowledge. Fresh snapper for dinner last night was incredible, and we’re already grilling some for lunch today.
