Todd is a friendly and knowledgable guide who put us on the fish and shared history and personal stories about Saranac Lake. He connected immediately with my boys as they talked about various fishing strategies and was equally as engaging with me and my wife as we chatted about a variety of subjects while the boys fished. He was on a mission to catch fish and didn’t disappoint. Todd will be our first call when we visit the area again!

    Great day on the lake!

    This was a last minute planned trip. Captain Todd was fantastic. I had brought my two kids with me who were 11 and 8 and we had a fantastic day catching fish!  we caught both small mouth and large mouth bass, yellow perch, sunfish, and had some action with a few pike as well! Not knowing what I was getting into, captain. Todd was very personable, experienced, and was great with my children as well. Providing an amazing experience for them too. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

    Best trip ever with an amazing guide

    What an AMAZING day of fishing! We spent 8 hours out with Todd and caught more fish in one day than we’ve caught all summer. The absolute highlight was my wife landing a 27-inch Northern Pike. What a freaking fish, and such an awesome moment! Todd is incredibly knowledgeable, knows where the fish are, and somehow makes the entire day feel like you’re just out fishing with a good friend. He’s fun, easygoing, patient, and clearly loves what he does. If you have the opportunity to book a fishing trip with Todd, DO IT! You will not regret it. We had an absolute blast and would go fishing with him again in a heartbeat. Thanks for an unforgettable day, Todd! 🎣

    Fantastic Family Fishing Trip - Highly Recommended!

    Our trip was amazing from start to finish. Captain Todd was fantastic. Friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the lake and the fish. We had our 15-year-old son on his very first fishing trip, and Todd made sure he had a brilliant experience. We tried a variety of lures, caught a great largemouth bass, and then focused on finding shoals of perch on the sonar so my son could catch several fish. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with peaceful surroundings and plenty of local wildlife, including the highlight of spotting a pair of bald eagles. It was a memorable day on the water, and we would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone, whether you're an experienced angler or trying fishing for the first time. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

    Great time, my boys had a blast!

    First time for my boys (11,10) charter fishing on a lake. Captain is the best with kids. My oldest has a birthday coming along he wanted was to catch his first pike. Poof captain put him on a 18" pike. Would highly recommend if you want catch fish in Saranac lake. Will definitely fish with Todd again. Feel like I have a new friend for life!

    Great afternoon on the lake.

    We had a great family outing with Captain Todd. The boat is really well outfitted and ready to catch different fish. We did some fishing for smallmouth bass and then switched to Northern Pike. He was easy to work with and helped make the time enjoyable. I highly recommend this boat and captain.
