Went for a half day for in shore fishing. Got there and he was upfront and honest and said that the sound fishing wasent great. He said he could take us out about 10 miles out of shore and it would only cost the fuel surcharge extra. Which we agreed. Got out to his spot and with in the 1st 30 seconds we had fish on the line loading the cooler. Even to top it off I caught my fist mahi mahi! Got some good fish for some good eating and we had a blast! Will be back!
I cant even describe how great this adventure was. We took early moring trip, My daughter (7 years old). She caught her first fish, a Grouper!!! This experience is done professionally. Tiki is a knowledgeable guide. He got us out there safely, and rigged our lines proper. Tiki is a standup guy, easy to talk to. Good sense of humor & Spiritual centered man. Legend among men. ? highly recommend ? ? ? (Know your childs boating experience before hand, Tiki also offers a claiming and shallower water adventure for younger children. We did one three years ago, caught a ton of class and Spanish mackerel. Good Family fun )

We were given Captain Tiki Bob’s card by a local business. I was in town with my mom for a mother-daughter trip. We just wanted to go out on a boat and go sightseeing so we didn’t have very many expectations. Bob was so nice and personable. He took us on a sightseeing tour around the marina and we got to see the oyster farm. Then we went on a trip to an area just off of Ocracoke, and had an awesome clamming experience, bringing home a whole bag of delicious fresh clams. He even gave me cooking instructions, and I made baked clams and Manhattan clam chowder the next 2 nights! We couldn’t eat all of it because we’re leaving, so I brought some back to Bob! His stories made us laugh, and he is a wonderful human being. I definitely recommend going out with Bob anytime!
