We really enjoyed our day of fishing. The captain was very personable and seemed knowledgeable of the area. My gf was happy he was patient and helpful with her learning to cast. We hope to book with him again.

The best way to judge a charter captain is not what he does when you are catching fish but what he does when you are not catching fish. Last week we booked a charter to catch some red fish. Captain Preston contacted us about a possible time change to give us the best chance to catch fish. As we fished, Captain Preston had us fishing both strong and slow currents. We fished deep water and shallow water. We fished sandy bottom and structure. We fished still and we drifted. All to no avail. This captain did not pack it in. He worked with every thing he knew to find fish to the very end. My nephew and I still had a great experience even though neither the weather nor the fish cooperated. As we were leaving the pier, Captain Preston offered us some suggestions for surf fishing as well as bait selection.When I book another charter I will gladly book with Captain Preston. Randy Sterling
Went out on a short trip. Captain Preston was honest about the fishing conditions. He was flexible and worked around our tournament schedule. He showed up on time and tea to go. We tried a couple different methods and areas before hooking in to one. Me and my girls had a great time and look forward to going out with him again
