Me and my boys went on a fishing trip with captain mark and first mate Cylius. The trip was amazing. we caught king salmon and coho salmon. The trip was amazing and would recommend for anyone.
We read great reviews and decided to give it a try. Mark reached out the evening before to make sure we didn't have any questions. Communication was great. We had clear directions on where to park and where to find the dock. The boat was great. It was nice and clean and our captain kept it clean throughout the trip. The boat was very comfortable for the 4 of us, including kiddos. Our captain was fantastic. He was lively and entertaining. Very knowledgable and got us on some fish. We landed every bite we got. He was very patient with our 7 and 10 year old. We all felt comfortable and enjoyed our morning out on the water. Left with some big bags of salmon beautifully fileted. He even gave us some of his favorite recipes!
My fiancé and I love fishing and booked a charter with Nick and Mark. We had never been on a charter before, but they called a week before the trip and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Mark went out of his way to tell us what the best times for fishing were and what to expect. Mark and Nick taught us about the lures and rods they use and the fish in Lake Michigan. They never seemed annoyed about all the questions that we asked and were very knowledgeable about fish, Lake Michigan, and Milwaukee. They made us feel like family on the boat and helped us catch 13 fish, including some GIANT brown trout and salmon. We will definitely book with them again!
I don't give five-star ratings to just anyone. Captain Mark and his two-man crew were not only experts at putting us on fish; they made it fun. They are good people, a joy to be with. The crew was incredibly efficient at getting lines in the water and fish on the lines. We booked a six-hour trip, but caught our limit of Coho salmon in half that time. I'm going back later this year when the King Salmon are hungry.
I highly recommend MKE Offshore Fishing llc in all respects! Captain Mark & Captain Dave went above and beyond our expectations to make our trip fun and action packed! Fresh catch dinner for our crew tonight:)
We enjoyed being out on Lake Michigan with Offshore fishing. Captain Mark and his team were fantastic! We caught big fish and hit our limit quickly. We will be returning and would highly recommend.
