We wanted a day of catch and release and we did just that.. caught a mix of fish and was hitting all morning.. Great Capt. Great Boat.
My son and I had. A great time Sat morning. We are not greedy so the 15+ we caught were plenty. The Hybrid Striped Bass gave enough fight to have fun but still be reeled in. The Captain (Charles) was very knowledgeable of Belton Lake and history of the area. Bring a small ice chest with ice & drinks. It also doubles as a cold transport for all the fish you catch that Charles fillets and bags up for you.
This was my birthday trip with my 2 brothers and my son. We didn't limit, but we did catch fish. It was a good day. Captain Howard knows the lake, has great gear and a nice boat. If I didn't mention it, I caught a nice smallmouth but my brother didn't Hahahaaaa.

We had an absolute blast with Captain Howard! My friend and I took our 7 and 8 year olds out and caught a decent amount of fish. the boys had a great time, and the Captain was a great host. Will book again!
