Anthony had us immediately on fish right out of the gate. We were catching red fish and snook and then got a chance to fish for trout. They didn’t stop biting! We caught Jack, trout, and others. My boys haven’t stopped talking about it. Anthony truly cares and made sure it was a memorable trip for the kids. Thank you!!

    Captain Anthony gave our family an unforgettable experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, and great with the kids, who were hoping to catch a “monster.” He made our last day in Florida one to remember.     Great In-Shore Trip out of Anna Maria Island!

    Caption Anthony was great! He had several great fishing spots up his sleeve and they did not disappoint. In all we caught a ton of fish, including trout, snook, redfish, ladyfish, catfish, Spanish mackerel, and jack cravelle. Anthony was great with my 11-year old son, helping both of us with baiting the hook and handling the fish. Communication leading up to the trip was great, and everything was on time and just a great experience. Probably the highlight of our AMI trip!

    An Amazing Fishing Charter Experience!

    We booked this fishing charter for my husband’s birthday and had such a wonderful experience! Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip so enjoyable. We caught plenty of fish and made some great memories. We would absolutely recommend booking with him!

    My son and I went out for a 4-hour near shore fishing trip a with Captain Anthony, and we truly couldn’t have had a better time! He was awesome at explaining everything so we were all on the same page, worked incredibly hard getting us on fish the whole trip, our hooks re-baited, and fish coming in over the rail, sometimes as we could drop new bait down, we often had “Fish On” almost indelicately after lowering our lines! We caught more than we could keep, including Grunts, Hog Fish (delicious to eat!), Red Fish, and a few other more exotic species too! Great time, Great Captain, Great Boat and Great, excellent time out on the water and we’ve had a few awesome meals from the fish we caught! I definitely would book with Captain Anthony and So Salty Fishing the next time we go out!

    Great local captain with lots of experience

    We had an awesome day fishing with Anthony. He really knows exactly where to go to put you on fish — we were catching all day. We ended up staying out way longer than planned because he was more focused on making sure we had a great experience than watching the clock. That says everything. We caught a great mix too — king mackerel, grouper, and some huge sheepshead. Just an all-around fun, successful trip. If you’re thinking about booking a charter, don’t hesitate — I’ll definitely be going out with Anthony again.
