We had 5 adults & 2 kids on a 6 hour trip. captain Kory kept us moving to several fishing spots while Jacob stayed busy baiting our hooks, taking fish off & showing us fishing techniques. We caught our limit of red snapper & several other types of fish. We had a good time!!
We had a big group (and lots of friends experienced folks). The captain kept us on the fish/made sure not to waste time fishing where they weren’t biting, and the deck hand hustled to get the fish off quickly and re-bait so we didn’t miss a beat catching more - or me right after another! Cabin was very nice and ac was good and cold. “Kitchen” sink to wash our hands and a bunk room so we could nap on the ride back. Deck was a little crowded for 9 folks, but the deck hand was quick to resolve any tangles (and bird nesting when we messed up the reels lol).

We chose First Cast Charters based on the reviews, so I wanted to share our awesome experience as well. Captain Kory and first mate Scott took our group of 4 adults and 6 kids out for a 4 hour inshore trolling trip. We had a very successful trip, catching a total of 13 King Mackeral! First mate Scott was awesome. He was very informative and helpful, ensured the boat was clean throughout the trip (the boat was very clean upon us boarding as well), and answered all of our questions about the area and things to do.

We had so much fun on Kory’s boat with Dave! He was very helpful and handled all the fish that were caught! We counted I believe 28 Spanish Mackrel! Great expereince for us as a family for trying fishing on the sea! I would highly recommend them and we will book again when we come back! Great time over all!

captain Kory and his crew helped my son and his 6 friends make some great memories catching fish on their senior spring break. they caught a ton of mackeral and we had a local restauarnt cook up about a third of it. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
