Such a good trip!

Captain Gary and his first mate were great! He knew where the fish were and they provided the best experience for our family. We were up front that we weren’t seasoned fishermen and they did all they could to make sure we had a great time. The walleye were hitting and we hit our limit! It’s great that they take you back and filet all the fish for you and trim them so it’s just ready to cook when you get home. We even met lucky dog and he’s the best! We will be back!

    Great Labor Day Weekend Trip

    We had an absolutely amazing fishing trip on Lake Erie with Captain Gary and 1st Mate Dale! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. The fishing was incredible, we caught a lot of big walleye and had an awesome time out on the water. Captain Gary really knows Lake Erie and put us on the fish, while Dale did a great job keeping everything organized and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a great Lake Erie walleye fishing trip with an experienced captain and crew, I highly recommend Captain Gary and Dale. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and will definitely be back!

    If you're looking for a great charter fishing experience, I highly recommend Luck Dog Charters with Captain Gary and Dale. This was our first charter fishing trip, and they made it a memorable one. Before we even left the dock, Captain Gary was studying the radar to make sure we had the best possible chance for a successful day on the water. It was obvious he wasn't just going through the motions. Gary was putting in the work to give us the best experience possible. Gary and Dale are just old-school, good dudes. They work hard, know their craft, and genuinely enjoy helping people catch fish. They made the trip fun for all of us. My kids absolutely loved this family fishing outing. Thank you for helping them experience a successful day of fishing and creating memories they will remember forever. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    We had an amazing experience with Lucky Dog Sports Fishing! Captain Gary and deckhand Tim were outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great time. The fishing was incredible—we caught our limit, and the action was nonstop! The highlight of the trip was watching my 7-year-old daughter reel in fish after fish. She had an absolute blast and even caught the biggest fish of the day! The crew was so patient and encouraging with her, which made the experience even more special.     My three brothers and I had an outstanding experience on this charter. Captain Gary and Mate Dale were exceptional from start to finish. As first-time charter anglers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but they exceeded every expectation. Every aspect of the trip was handled professionally and seamlessly. Captain Gary was prompt, courteous, and thorough in answering all of my questions prior to the trip, making the planning process effortless.     Great time and cool experience!!

    We had an amazing time on our fishing charter. We brought our two kids (10 and 13), and they had such a fun time! The 4-hour trip was perfect, and trolling with lures kept things exciting—we caught over 20 walleye. Gary and Dale were so kind and always let us know when it was time to reel in a fish. We followed them back to camp where they cleaned and bagged our fish, which was awesome. This was a great family-friendly experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and successful day on Lake Erie. Be prepared to take home a ton of fish!!
