Been out on many charters w/ many diff captains ans Ron is up there at the top for sure. Very patient and informative, transparent on conditions and chances on catching what we wanted, never felt surprised or unclesr on chances. Winds were calling for rough off shore waters and Ron was open about it all and gave us a lot of flexibility. We ended up cstching a decent 6ft 150lb brown shark which kids loved and plenty of black sea bass and porgies. it was awesome cor our kids. going to come back, maknly cause Ron is so awesome

    Captain Ron is the Real Deal

    If you’re thinking about booking with Captain Ron, stop thinking and just do it. The guy is an absolute legend. Super personable, funny, easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. From the minute we got on the boat, he made me and my cousin feel like we’d been fishing with a buddy for years. He knew exactly where to put us on the fish and worked his tail off all trip to keep us on them. We caught so many fish we honestly didn’t know what to do with them. It was nonstop action, and every time things slowed down, Captain Ron was already making the next move to get us back on fish. What really stood out was how much he cared about making sure we had an awesome experience. He went above and beyond the entire trip, kept the energy up, taught us a ton, and made the whole day a blast. We were laughing the entire time. Whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking for an unforgettable day on the water, this is the charter to book. We’ll 100% be back. Thanks again, Captain Ron—you absolutely crushed it! 🎣👏

    Bad weather

    Unfortunately we weren’t able to go out due to the weather. I greatly appreciate Captain Ron explaining to the two boys why we couldn’t go. Captain Ron drove us to the montauk lighthouse to validate the weather the conditions and make the extra effort. I really appreciate that we didn’t go and have to turn around and leaving the boys with negative feelings about fishing (first time going for striped bass at the point). Looking forward to booking my next trip with Captain Ron.

    Lots and lots of fish!!!

    we jad a great afternoon fishing with Captain Ron. He found a fishing spot where we caught Silver Snappers all afternoon, some 70 fish in total. We also saw dolphins and a whale. It was truly spectacular. He was great working with my wife and daughter whowere fishing beginners. Just bring snacks and sunscreen and get ready to catch fish.

    Went to fish, got to see dolphins!

    We had a great time with Captain Ron - extremely knowledgeable and relaxed, made us feel at ease on his boat. We caught 3 striped bass about 50 miles out and a porgie. The bonus was a pod of dolphins migrating just a few yards away from us. Highly recommend Captain Ron!
