Half Day Trip with Tyler!

The time spent on the water and seeing my 12 year old catch 2 Bass with the help with Tyler was fantastic. He knew where to go and taught both of us how to fish in what spots with the most efficiency, including taking extra time to explain to my high functioning autistic child! Explained how the sonar works as well. He is very open and a nice guy to chit chat with as well. If I had to have 1 complaint, it would be the ride going super fast on his boat from one spot to the next. I have a bad back, 3 surgeries and am disabled. It was my fault though. I should have made him aware of this! I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend that you do as well. Unless you have a direct connection, relative, what have you, I can't see anyone getting a better experience than with Tyler!

Thanks for coming out Craig! I had a great time fishing with yall! I hope you and your daughter had a fun weekend in Austin. Unfortunately Lake Travis is one of the most busy recreational boating lakes in the state come summer time. Fishing on a Friday evening is bound to be a little choppy! In order to safely navigate the lake I have to keep the boat at a certain speed otherwise it won’t stay on plane. I apologize if this was uncomfortable for you.

    January fishing trip

    We had an amazing fishing trip with this captain, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This trip was a gift boat trip for my fiancé, and it turned out to be perfect for our whole family. The captain was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, shared stories about the area, helped us with all the equipment, and gave us the opportunity to try different fishing techniques and catch different types of fish. He was especially wonderful with our child — this was our kid’s very first fishing experience, and the captain was so patient and encouraging, which made it truly special. The boat itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We felt relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. This was an unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely love to come back and fish with this captain again. Highly recommended👍

    Took my two young grandsons out fishing with Travis. We had an absolute blast!! He was great with the boys and taught them what was needed to catch fish.

    Great Day of Fishing with an Excellent Guide

    I had an amazing time on the water! The guide was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun throughout the day. Everything was well organized, from the gear to the choice of fishing spots. I can highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a professional yet laid-back fishing experience. Would definitely do it again!

    I booked a half day trip from my husband for his birthday and he was beyond impressed. My husband has some experience fishing and myself very little. Tyler was a very patient and knowledgeable guide, he had a very professional set up, very organized, taught my husband new techniques and information about the area. Tyler showed up on time and made sure we took full advantage of our time on the water. His boat was very nice, clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again and refer our friends and family. Thank you for allowing us such a great experience, we had a ton of fun and caught quite a few fish!

    Had a blast today on the water. Captain Tyler Torwick is the best of the best. He got us to all the best spots and my girlfriend and I were able to catch loads of fish and had a great time doing it. This is our second time fishing with Torwick’s services and we won’t hesitate to book another!
