Full day of fishing
We originally were supposed to go out Sat but the weather was bad and the captain rescheduled us for Monday . The weather was absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t catch any keepers but still had a decent time . Our only complaint is that we wished we would have fished more with the outriggers as I paid 100$ for 12 live fish and we didn’t use them all. We paid for a full day and the first hour my son hooked onto a fish and was able to get in the fighting chair but fish got away . We only fished this way a little over an hour then the rest of the day we bottom fished . Second complaint , the captain has a cute 8 year old son , which he brought him on the boat. Where as we love kids , we paid a lot of money to go out for the day. He continued to bother the first mate and harass him to bottom fish after the first hour. He also kept getting his line caught on our friends line and at times the first mate was busy helping him instead of ensuring our lines had bait on. The last complaint is that there was something wrong with the boat that the captain didn’t want to go out far, something to do with something that charges the battery.
