Had a fun fishing trip with Captain Brandon and first mate Steph. Conditions were not ideal as it was cold and windy but Captain Brandon was persistent and found us a few nice stripers. Boat was a perfect size for our crew and Captain and Steph kept us entertained. We will be back for a summer run soon
Brandon and Steph were super accommodating, knowledgeable, and funny which made for a great relaxing time on the boat!!

Thank you! I set this trip up to surprise my husband for his birthday. They all had such a great time!!! Thanks so much to the captain and his first mate. It was an awesome day for them.
Despite six trolling lines in the water and two electronic fish-finders, the fish were not biting--not one bite in six hours. As Captain Brandon said: "in this business we're either a hero or a zero." The captain and his mate Kevin did absolutely everything they could, but the fish were on the bottom, inert, not active. The excessive winter and excessive cold water was the possible cause. But truth be told, captain and mate did everything they possibly could and more. I plan to come back. It's a great boat, a great captain and mate...just the wrong day for fishing.
Chasing Tail Charters was the best experience I ever had...Captain Brandon would not give up to we found fish and we did 8 over 22in Rockfish... Deck hand Stephanie knew exactly what to do and was there a quickly and efficiently.. Ready to book again before the season is over!!!
