Captain Jim was fun and very knowledgeable. He took us to a couple of different spots until we got on the fish. We then caught quite a few and had alot of fun doing so! When we got back to the dock he cut up our fish for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
My boyfriend and I went on a full day fishing trip with Captain Jim and it was an absolute blast! He was great about keeping us updated before the trip and guided us through what to expect the day of. We had great luck catching many haddock, red fish, cusk, pollock, and a wolf fish! Captain Jim was personable and so easy to get along with making us feel incredibly comfortable. He took care of absolutely everything for us including cleaning our fish and taught us cool things about each fish we caught. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a trip. Definitely coming back for shark in the summer!

I took my 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter out with Polaris Charters and we had a great time. Started by catching some baitfish, then checked lobster traps and then caught stripers. Perfect way to spend an afternoon. At one point my son was getting a little seasick and Captain Jim took us to calmer waters and we still caught stripers. Highly recommend.
Captain Jim was amazing and a true professional at fishing. We reeled in a comparably large striper bass, which was a amazing experience. I would strongly recommend Captain Jim.
