Noordoost-Florida is gezegend met een absoluut fantastische vislocatie: de rijke Intracoastal Waterway zorgt voor geweldig inshore vissen, terwijl de Golfstroom pelagische roofdieren vanuit het zuiden aanvoert. Midden in dit alles bevindt zich Captain Michael Foster met Big Fin Charters – klaar om u op de beste beet te zetten, dichtbij of ver van de kust.

Kapt. Michael nodigt u uit aan boord van zijn 29' Parker. Neem 5 van uw vismaatjes mee, de center console-indeling zorgt voor gemakkelijke beweging terwijl u de beet achtervolgt. En de beet zult u vaak achtervolgen, aangezien Kapt. Michael zich richt op een breed scala aan spannende vissen om te vangen. Van de inshore-sterren zoals de Redfish, Schaapskopbrasem en Zwartpunthaai tot de offshore-monsters zoals Goudmakreel, Koningsmakreel en Barracuda.

Of u nu een groep ervaren vissers bent die op zoek zijn naar trofeevis om over naar huis te schrijven, of een gezinsvriendelijk dagje uit om de kinderen geïnteresseerd te krijgen in vissen, Big Fin Charters heeft een trip voor u!

U kunt met levend aas vissen op deze charter, het wordt meestal voorbereid voordat u aankomt (hoewel de schipper u graag tegemoet komt als u een fan bent van vissen met aas), altijd inbegrepen in de prijs. U krijgt hoogwaardig materiaal van Penn en Shimano, zodat u die vangst van uw leven niet verliest door een storing in de uitrusting!

Visvergunningen zijn inbegrepen, u hoeft alleen maar snacks en drankjes mee te nemen, evenals een gepolariseerde zonnebril en geschikte kleding. Vergeet niet om een brandend verlangen mee te nemen om uitstekend te gaan vissen!

Great half day fishing the jetties!

It was mine and my husband's first ocean fishing charter. We had fun catching Spanish mackerel, bluefish, and a great big red fish at the end! I thought it was pretty cool how we got to catch our own bait fish too. The captain was friendly and caring after I got seasick. I'm an avid boater from MN and have spent lots of time on some of our biggest lakes including a fishing charter on lake superior and I've never gotten seasick before, but even the calm ocean waters got to me after a few hours! If you've never been on a ocean fishing charter before I'd recommend taking the captain's advice and taking dramamine prior. You don't want to be seasick and not be able to enjoy eating your fresh catches afterwards like me lol 🥲

Amazing Trip

3/4 Day Trip - Offshore (PM) op June 18, 2025 • 4 volwassenen • 2 kinderen

Cpt. Mike and TJ met us at the dock and med us feel right at home from the moment we boarded the boat. Fishing equipment and boat were top notch in all respects! We were on fish almost immediately after arriving at the fishing area offshore! The entire day felt like we were out fishing with old friends! We ended up with about 100 lbs of fish after they cleaned and filleted them. Mike and TJ are Nassau county raised fishermen. They know the area and where to catch fish. They didn’t take us out with shrimp or squid and have us drop line on the bottom to catch trash fish !!! Found my new charter for sure!!!!

We were originally unable to go out on our originally scheduled date due to weather. However, Captain Mike gave us options and were able to go out on an alternate day. The weather was still not ideal, but Captain Mike made sure that we were on the fish regardless of the conditions! I thoroughly recommend a fishing excursion with Captain Mike and Big Fin Charters and would definitely go out with them again!!!!

It's our second trip and both times we caught fish. The Captain guided us to the fish. Caught over 100 fish and caught our limits in the slots. The water was in the 50's and the Captain was able to get us on the fish. We are planning another trip for next year. Boat is comfortable and well equipped for  our fishing day. We eat the fish for dinner.  Several local restaurants will cook your catch for you and you group.
