Als je kiest voor Ohana Yachts, staat je een echt avontuur te wachten. De boot waarop je zult vissen is een indrukwekkend 74' Striker motorjacht dat plaats biedt aan maximaal 12 gasten. Aangedreven door twee 500 PK Detroit-motoren, brengt het je in een mum van tijd naar de vis. Het jacht maakt gebruik van uitgebreide navigatietechnologie met GPS, een fishfinder, radio en radar. De faciliteiten aan boord die je kunt gebruiken zijn onder andere een toilet, douche, keuken, bed en flybridge. De boot beschikt ook over airconditioning, een multimedia-geluidssysteem, tv, koelkast en een ijskist. De visuitrusting omvat een fighting chair, outriggers en snorkeluitrusting. Er zal ook een eerste maat aan boord zijn om je alle hulp te bieden die je nodig hebt.
De wateren van Honolulu herbergen veel gewaardeerde vissoorten, waardoor je Goudmakreel, Blauwe Marlijn, Wahoo, Echte Bonito en andere fascinerende soorten kunt vangen. Om ze te vangen, gebruik je licht en zwaar materiaal en zul je bodemvissen, diepzeevissen en trollen. Je mag alle vis die je vangt houden, en je kunt kinderen meenemen op je trip.
Wat betreft de uitrusting die bij de trip is inbegrepen, Ohana Yachts voorziet je van hengels, molens, tackle, aas en drankjes. Ze zullen ook je vangst schoonmaken en fileren. Je hoeft alleen wat eten mee te nemen voordat je vertrekt.

The crew was amazing! Great communication from Captain Andy before our trip to let us know we needed licenses and other details. The entire crew were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Our family had a great out at sea. The boat was nice. The cabin area was air conditioned. There was a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Assorted non alcoholic drinks were available but no bottled water. We went out for a full day and caught 1 fish. The crew gutted the fish and put it on ice at sea. We didn’t know what to expect when we got back to dock…on other fishing trips we’ve been on in the past, the crew filleted the fish for us and put it into bags for us to take home and cook. They didn’t offer to fillet it for us so we let them keep the fish. All in all a great day with family. Thank you Captain Andy, Anna, and man from Brazil (so very sorry I can’t remember your name🤦♀️)! Seas the day!

Jerry who was our fishing specialist was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and made the trip fun even without catching any fish. Anna was very nice and very friendly, she made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Both of these people were the reason our trip was great. The female captain wasn't very friendly and seemed high the entire trip, she was about to fall asleep while bringing the vessel out of the marina and wouldn't slow the boat down to help Jerry or with fishing because she said we were running late. She was the only reason for any of our negative thoughts on the trip. The yatch is extremely nice and had plenty of room for seven adults.

Andy and Lucas are some knowledgeable fishermen. Took us out on a 4 hour trip and got the job done in the last hour. We had multiple fish biting at one time, so having another experienced deckhand would have been nice. My nephew landed a nice marlin though. The yacht was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Also, they have a hot tub and that was a big plus for my kids. Definitely recommend doing a full day charter though. All in all a great experience and will definitely rebook with them again.

Our deep sea fishing experience was memorable thanks to an outstanding crew. They were professional, friendly, and extremely attentive throughout the trip. Despite a few unfortunate circumstances that were out of anyone’s control, the crew handled everything with grace and ensured we still had a fun and comfortable experience.
