What an incredible day out on the water! We had an amazing deep sea fishing trip targeting red snapper, and it did not disappoint. The captain and crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. They knew exactly where to find the fish, kept us on them all day, and were always there to help with baiting hooks, landing fish, and making sure everyone felt comfortable. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and the entire trip was organized from start to finish. If you’re looking for an unforgettable deep sea fishing adventure and want to catch some beautiful red snapper, I highly recommend this charter. We made great memories, caught plenty of fish, and can’t wait to book another trip. Five stars all the way!

Where do I start. the captain and deck hand cool AF. dealt with my multi aged kids, little girl that neeses lits of help, and were patient when I got a little tipsy. We found fish on an off day out of season and killed it. we ended up with bags and bags and bags of filets. Well priced and even worked with us adjusting schedule for a bad weather cold snap. the boat itself was fantastic. Warm, good tunes. Convenient clean bathroom, large ice chest we were able to pack with our favorite beverages. this boating experience is a memory Ill cherish with my family for ever. i cant say enough good things, but I'll conclude by saying everything was just simply perfect down to the little details.

I was very nervous about the trip as the most important part to me was being able to get our disabled son and his wheelchair on the boat safely and to be able to include him in what we were doing for the day. The crew were super helpful and it was so easy to get him on and off the boat. Then they kept us on fish, and we’re not just helping us with fishing, but we’re sure to be talking with him as well and showing him the fish and everything that was going on.

Captain and deckhand truly were great. Me and some guys went down for a 6hr trip and with some storms in the area we pushed our trip from the morning to the afternoon. The captain was adamant that we have a good time because he knew it was going to be rough out in the gulf and done everything he could to get us on fish. Deckhand Jay was top notch in keeping us fishing the whole time- really worked his tail off for us. Great experience had by all of us

As our group continues to grow, we had to look at bigger boats this year. Southern Star was just what we needed, and, since we won’t outgrow their boat, we look forward to many years of fishing with them. Gavin and Andrew were fantastic, kept our boys (10, 11, and 15) on fish all day, were entertaining and enjoyable to fish with, and sent us home with a happy crew and with more fish than we have ever caught. We limited out on triggerfish and moved on to catching a mess of vermillion snapper, one big Lane snapper, and a variety of other fish.
