KYS Outdoor Adventures 

I booked this trip 2 weeks before Father's day on a whim. My boyfriend and I wanted to surprise our dads with a fishing trip. We were a party of 5: me, my parents, my boyfriend, and his dad. Lamont was amazing. Prior to our trip, he was communicative and answered all of my questions quickly. When we arrived, the boat was clean and all the rods and backup rods were baited and ready. He explained the plan for the day, how to use gear, and what to expect. During our trip, he gave us pointers, helped bring the fish aboard and continually made sure everyone in our party was doing okay. He untangled lines, re-positioned the boat over high-catch spots, and even brought 3 simultaneous catches aboard all at once. After, he fileted all of our fish and made sure they were appropriately divvied out amongst our group. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Fantastic trip. 10/10 recommend.

Captain Lamont made our fishing adventure amazing. My wife and I both enjoy fishing, but we’ve never spent any time in the PNW. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and the boat was very clean. He got us on the fish almost immediately and the experience was so fun! We limited out the boat during our trip and had a bunch of fun doing it. I would recommend fishing with Captain Lamont and KYS Outdoor Adventures to anyone. If we come back to this area in the future, we will definitely try to get out fishing with KYS again.

I took my son fishing with Captain Lamont on a four hour trip. He was easy to work with, and flexible with scheduling. We had an excellent time and would do it again. We caught large fish, had many laughs, great conversation, and good eating afterwards. Lamont was a good instructor to bring us up to speed, and was interested to facilitate a father and son enjoying their time together. He took great photos and contributed to a memorable experience. Hope to work with him again in the future.

I fly in from Oklahoma every year to take my oldest grandson fishing. This year we lucked out and found Lamont . This guy worked his tail off to make sure all on board had everything they needed. He’s a very down to earth man that loves what he does and is easy to communicate with. He constantly put us on massive fish and kept the fun alive . Hi boat is clean, his first priority is safety of everyone onboard and he makes sure you have a fun and unforgettable adventure. We will be seeing him again. Safe Seas my new friend!!!!

Captain Lamont has a load of 5 star reviews for a reason. He’s excellent at his job. Punctual, extremely responsive, safety minded, kind, great with kids. All on top of him being an excellent fisherman and boat captain! This was a first fishing trip for my kid, my nephew, and my friends kid. A brand new teenager and two little guys and the kids and their dads all had fun. They have a bathroom on the boat, it was comfortable and Captain Lamont was amazing when my little guy got seasick. My seasick little guy still caught a bunch of fish!!! We all hit our limit, but even if we hadn’t, it would’ve been super cool just hanging on the boat with him. We were on the boat for less than an hour and decided we’ll be back with him for sure. All that to boot, he saved our trip - we booked with him last minute when another charter that we had booked for months backed out. Go fish with Captain Lamont, you won’t go wrong.
