Do Stay Sportfishing is gevestigd in Jupiter, Florida en biedt eersteklas diepzeevissen trips vanuit de Jupiter Inlet. Uw trip vindt plaats aan boord van de 'Do Stay', een 37 ft Merritt die de vierde boot is die ooit is gebouwd door dit zeer gerespecteerde bootbouwbedrijf. De boot is in 1957 speciaal gebouwd voor het vangen van tonijn en is een klassieker die zestig jaar later nog steeds strakke lijnen combineert met visexpertise. De Do Stay is in 2008 volledig gerestaureerd en heeft een goed ingericht interieur met een afgesloten toilet, evenals een flybridge en toren voor een fantastisch uitzicht op de omliggende oceaan.
Do Stay Sportfishing organiseert verschillende sportvissentrips, variërend van vier tot acht uur. Kies degene die het beste bij u past en ga de Golfstroom op om te vissen op biggame zoals marlijn, goudmakreel, wahoo, tonijn en zeilvis. Zowel licht als zwaar materiaal is aan boord aanwezig, en de belangrijkste vistechnieken zijn trollen en vissen met vlieger (wanneer de omstandigheden dit toelaten).
Let op - levend aas is beschikbaar tegen extra kosten ($120). Uitrusting, ijs en water zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen, en de bemanning fileert en schoont uw vangst graag aan het einde van de dag (fooien worden zeer op prijs gesteld).

But still have a good time aboard what I feel was the best hull ever laid: 1971 31 foot Bertram. I brought my buddy who fished with me all our lives. I tied into the first one that turned out to be a 40 pound A.J. Right off the bat. For me that would have been worth the charter alone…. But there were more….several other fish of different species not one under 30 lbs. There are cheaper charters around but these guys have gills I swear. Magic: arguably my best day fishing in my life. I KNOW who to get when i want to go a bit offshore: Capt Lou Moro and company. Philip Kerin fished Friday morning May 17 2024 and my left arm is still sore fighting those savages that lurk just beneath……thanks Lou, Sparky and Goose!

We've done a charter a few times and they definitely made this one memorable. Brad also filleted all of the fish we caught. I would not hesitate to go out with Captain Lou and Brad again. They had great patience with us and helped us land a lot of great fish. Plus his boat comfortably fit 6 adults. At one point we had four fish on at the same time. Worth every penny. Thank you!

Chad was only able to get a full spread out once and for about 5 minutes before we got bit again. These guys are true pros and I highly recommend.

After a slow start we had a treble header, black fin tuna and two sail fish on lines at the same time. My wife caught a sail fish as did I. Capt Lou and deck hand Mike were both attentive and always searching for the fish, moving and rebaiting lines and it paid off. The boat Do Stay is smaller than most so cost is also less. Capt Lou also provided free certificates for the sail fish.

We had a fantastic day out with Lou and Sparky! Most notably, we caught 3 sailfish and a (small) tiger shark. Besides the great catches and the superb professionalism, we had a lot of fun as Lou and Sparky created a very relaxed and entertaining atmosphere during the entire trip. We are looking forward to our next trip, and we will certainly book again when we will be in the area the next time. Highly recommended!
