AMI Book'em And Hook'em Fishing 

Being unfamiliar with any AMI charters, I was nervous about booking from afar. You never know if the service will live up to the hype. But Captain Colby proved that his 5-star rating is the real deal. He went above and beyond for our fishing-obsessed 11yr old. And after today’s adventure, his love for it grew. So a big THANK YOU - Captain, for a legit great time out there today! Also, for the deep rooted local knowledge and information you shared. The learning experience out there today is something that will lasts a lifetime. We’ll be in touch again!

We had an amazing time on our trip with Captain Colby. He is very knowledgeable about the area. We caught our quota. We had an We had a great time catching trout and fighting some snook all morning long. He answered a ton of questions. He made it an absolute blast for our family. We can’t wait to book another trip with him. If you’re looking for someone who is very knowledgeable and make sure that you have a great time and knows where the fish are, captain Colby is your guy!

we had sn awesome time out today. Captain Colby was at dock geared up and ready when we arrived. He had an overflowing live well full of bait for us. We’ve do e other outings where we fished so hard that we ran out and had to switch to artificial bait but not today. We fished hard, had tons of fish in the boat and more that we lost and the live well was still hopping with bait and there were moments where Colby was flipping off a fish and baiting a hook as fast as he could. He worked hard for his clients today!(my family). I appreciated that he did all the work today and I was able to enjoy some quality fishing. Back home aboard our 19’ Whaler I’m the guy working hard yo keep the kid’s line baited and in the water while steering the boat. Today Captain Colby did that extremely professionally and everyone caught more than expected. highlights from the day include: double hook ups…a Florida trifecta, Snook-Trout-Redfish, multi species as kids requested… “I’ve never seen a salt water catfish”, “first snook”, “what’s a yellow jack”, “first redfish”, “will we catch mango snapper”, “will we catch anythig we can eat”??? I cant say that Captain Colby could produce the same awesome day for you and your family but I’d bet he will do everything he can to try! And thats as good as you can expect in todays world. Pictures say it all. We kept enough to eat tonight and released more than we expected to catch.

My wife, daughter and I just finished our day on the water with Captain Colby, and what a great day it was! We've chartered quite a few fishing trips over the years, but this one really sticks out as exceptional. Communication prior to the trip was excellent, and every detail was covered to ensure we got what we expected. Captain Colby obviously is very passionate about both catching fish as well as ensuring that his customers are comfortable and having fun. He put us on top of a large school of trout which resulted several double and triple headers. Captain Colby's boat is extremely clean, and all tackle including rods, reels are of top notch quality. If you lose your fish on a Captain Coby trip you can't blame the fishing pole or reel!. After growing tired of catching fish, we asked Captain Colby if we could try another spot - Immediately he was preparing to start moving. A few minutes later and we were fishing a mile or two away and once again the fish began attacking our baits. This repeated itself multiple times, and then, all to quickly, we were back at the dock where Captain Colby fileted our catch and entertained the Pelicans. We had a great time with Captain Colby, and plan on looking him up when future plans bring us back to this area. If anyone reading this is looking for a successful day on the water with a knowledgeable guide who can quickly get you on fish, Captain Colby won't let you down.

It was our families first time on a fishing charter in FL and Captain Colby made it a great experience that we’ll remember forever. The boat and equipmet were top notch. Captain Colby was full of knowlegde and was great with our kids. My sons kept saying how nice of a guy he was and that they want to fish with him again next year! I would highly recommend booking with AMI Book’em and Hook’em , you wont be disappointed.
