River Monster Guide Service biedt spannende vismogelijkheden op de wateren van de prachtige rivieren in Zuidwest-Virginia. Gids Thomas Cundiff streeft ernaar niet alleen een ontspannende, maar ook een revitaliserende tijd op het water te bieden, waarbij talrijke vissoorten worden gevangen en vrijgelaten.

Geniet van uw trip aan boord van een 16' Saturn luchtboot, aangedreven door een Honda BF 4 motor. Deze is uitgerust met een fishfinder om uw zoektocht naar vis te ondersteunen, evenals met een ankersysteem om u stevig op de visgronden te houden. De boot is ideaal voor een riviertocht – een ervaring die u niet snel zult vergeten.

Met Thomas is uw belangrijkste doelwit kleinbekbaars, wat de specialiteit van de gids is, evenals regenboogforel, breedbekbaars, muskellunge (Amerikaanse snoek) en forel. U krijgt ook de kans om uzelf te testen in verschillende vismethoden, zoals popping, driftvissen, spinvissen, vliegvissen, jiggen en licht materiaal.

Wanneer u een trip boekt met Thomas, neemt hij alle giswerk weg door eersteklas uitrusting en materiaal te leveren die nodig zijn voor een succesvolle dag op het water. U gebruikt Shimano Stratic molens en St. Croix hengels. Op een dagtrip krijgt u ook een lunch aan de oever aangeboden.

First Time on the River… and It Was One for the Books

I’ve been fishing most my life—but never on a river. So this trip meant something different. Something new.

Highly recommend.  I caught a 17.5 inch smallmouth bass.  My wife and I caught about 15 other nice small mouth bass as well. Lunch was delicious, cold cut sandwiches, salad, potato salad and chips.  Guide is very friendly and knowledgeable.
