Captain Jimmy kept us on the fish. I caught fish until my arms gave out. Nick was an awesome 1st mate. For a young guy he did an excellent job. You do not see a lot of young men that puts as much into what they are doing as he did. I kept telling him, I can bait my own hook. Keep the others baited. He still tried helping. I watched him tying knots on the line, cleaning fish and he did awesome. Someone did a great job training him and you can tell he loves what he is doing.  Lees meer

We lucked out with Captain Jim & first mate Nick! They had so much knowledge and made us all feel really comfortable. We had a cooler, windy day but still had a great haul. The trolling was a fun introductory to sea fishing with kids (12,12,15). Be sure to dress is layers if its earlier in the spring. May also consider Dramamine if heading out on the Gulf of America. It’s alot choppier than the Bay. Overall, just ask if you don’t know and they will kindly answer.  Lees meer
