Half day trip with Ed!

I took my father fishing with Ed and it was fantastic! Ed was so extremely thorough and friendly. He provided clear directions to the marina and he provided everything we would need, including rods and bait. The boat was very nice and comfortable. He knew exactly where to go to catch the biggest Stripers! By the end of the trip it felt like we were old pals. When we got back he got the fish all ready for us to take home for a big fish fry. I cannot recommend Ed enough. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be coming back to fish with Ed!

    Lake Texoma Fishing Trip May 2026

    My brother and I booked Ed Musser as a guide for a two day trip.It was a total success.The first day's weather was not great (rain and cool), but Ed stayed with it, he found the fish and we still limited out.The second day was great weather, and another limit day.,Ed found the fish again, worked to keep everything going in order to maximize us catching our limit. He was professional in the way he kept open communication during the booking process and coordinating times and directions. Ed was very friendly and personable. It was a great relaxing experience, from catching big fish to him cleaning and bagging them for us. I have even booked a second trip with him for next month. I won't use any guide at Lake Texoma but Ed Musser.

    Captain Ed worked hard to bring to all the fish. He kept the hooks baited, checked his technology (which is really cool), guided us when fish were hooked. He was funny, personable, and made sure we were happy with our day. It is impossible to say anything but amazing things about our fish trip with Ed. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to catch fish with a captain who wants nothing more than for his clients to catch fish. We will be back!!!

    Great Time Striper-Fishing!

    Although the weather was challenging with gusty wind, we still had a super time fishing with our wonderful captain Ed. Ed knew all the best spots to find large schools of stripers and put us right on to them. This was our first time to fish for striper and Ed was very helpful to show us all his best tips to maximize our catch. When we are back in the area, we will definitely look up Ed’s Guide services again!

    Great guide and price!

    Awesome experience! Mr. Ed put us on fish right away and was friendly and easy going. He had some great jokes and took us out to a few different spots. Caught our limit early but he stayed out letting us catch and release. He cleaned up the fish for us too! Will book another trip next visit with him!

    Best guide ever!

    I loved every minute with Ed! He is the kindest person ever, we had a beautiful exchange of experiences and thoughts. the fishing was brutal, I caught almost 60 in a few hours. Ed was always moving between areas to ensure the catch and look for big fish.
