He was very patient and taught them several different fishing techniques. It was a beautiful day on the water snd Tony even stayed later than we expected in hopes that we would catch a few more fish. Tony's communication was excellent from the initial booking and all logistics were clear and easy. He catered to our interests, but also had many helpful suggestions on how we could be most successful. We had success at several fishing spots with multiple methods and it was clear that Capt Tony knows the waters and good fishing spots extremely well. The two of us landed 25 fish of multiple types in the morning, which exceeded my expectations (particularly for the time of year we fished). Additionally, Tony was professional, friendly, instructive and courteous - which added to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend Tone Lecompte and plan to try to fish with him again. Recommend without any reservation. I found his charter by chance on Fishbooker and am extremely glad I did!

Caught more than we could count, and the captain stayed a bit longer to make sure we had a try at the sunset bite. Tony was personable, friendly and offered useful fishing tips and info on the area. Captain Tony took us to a couple of the spots he knew around the area for good fishing! We caught a bunch of catfish, oyster toads, pearch, and even an accidental singray! Captain Tony shared lots of knowledge about the water and the sea life, and was very experienced with everything! It was such an amazing fishing trip and overall experience, even when an Ospray tried to take my son's fish right off the hook!! My kids had an amazing time, and we couldn't have asked for a better captain, thank you Captain Tony!!!

Capt Tony’s knowledge of the water and fish is exceptional, he responded quickly to all issues. His equipment was outstanding and he worked extremely hard to put us on fish! We would certainly use him again.
I met Captain Tony at a Quail Forever Event in which he was a sponsor. He has the knowledge & experience and will work to find the fish. He will coach you to improve your skills, and educate you on local history and lore while you’re at it. Plus he is a passionate conservationist! We’ll book again.
