A Salt Addict é uma embarcação dedicada à pesca nas deslumbrantes águas de Chincoteague. Com muitas horas registadas nestas marés, o Capitão Bruce está preparado para te colocar em cima do peixe.
Estas águas são conhecidas pelo Atum-albacora, Patudo, Atum-rabilho,
Dourado-do-mar, Espadarte, Robalo-preto-americano, Peixe-azulejo, Solha, Peixe-porco, Peixe-enxada, e muito mais – com um pouco de sorte, terás linhas tensas num instante. Nestas saídas, podes esperar pescar ao corrico e pesca de fundo com equipamento leve ou pesado.
Queres levar toda a família para o ar livre? As crianças são absolutamente bem-vindas! Não te esqueças de perguntar se há coletes salva-vidas de tamanho infantil disponíveis, caso contrário deves trazer os teus próprios. Lembra-te também de trazer petiscos para que ninguém fique de mau humor com o estômago vazio!
Vais embarcar numa consola central Cape Horn de 36 pés com capacidade para até 6 passageiros. Está equipada com outriggers e todos os essenciais. Há uma casa de banho a bordo para a tua comodidade. O teu capitão fornecerá canas e carretos, bem como iscas artificiais. A isca viva está incluída, mas deves perguntar ao capitão se a vais apanhar tu mesmo.
Haverá um marinheiro a bordo para ajudar a que a tua saída corra sem problemas. Os marinheiros trabalham arduamente para que a tua saída valha a pena, por isso uma gorjeta de 10 a 20% é habitual.
A tua licença de pesca do dia está coberta pela embarcação de pesca, basta aparecer pronto para pescar! Tem em mente que alguns peixes podem ter limites de captura ou épocas de defeso. Basta perguntar e o teu capitão pode dizer-te mais. Não podes errar se trouxeres um chapéu, óculos de sol, água engarrafada e protetor solar (sem spray). O álcool é permitido com moderação, mas deves evitar bebidas espirituosas, bem como garrafas de vidro.

We caught triggerfish, flounder, and even two sharks! 🎣🦈 It was such a fun day on the water, and Bruce’s knowledge of the area and willingness to make the trip exactly what we wanted really made the experience special. If you’re looking for a fishing charter in Chincoteague, we highly recommend Salt Addict and Captain Bruce! We had an unforgettable day and will absolutely be booking with him again! 🌊🎣

We had fun catching flounder, tautog, triggerfish, seabass, and blue fish. We even took time to watch the dolphins before the unexpected weather change. I highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a great time with the family and can't wait for our next trip.

This trip was everything and more than I could have thought. Bruce and Bryan were great with my 10 and 14 year olds, they even let the 10 year old sit beside the captain on the way back. We caught keeper fish and always had lots of action. Would highly recommend this boat and captain to anybody. Thanks so much for such a great time.

I told him this trip to the Canyon was for my 15 yo grandson. He snd his team went over and above. Chris and Brian are the best first mates and worked hard to make this a day my grandson won’t forget. Now; you can never guarantee the fish being cooperative but the knowledge and competence of this team increases your chances greatly. It did for us. The boat? Beautiful fishing boat that handles super well in the chop and wind. We intend to return for another outing. Can’t recommend this Captain and team more…

Captain Bruce and first mate Cane made our family of four feel welcome and looked after. Super knowledgeable about the area and knows all the good fisging spots. Our tweens enjoyed the ride as much as the fishing. We had a family member get seasick and they were so gracious and accomodating. Would absolutely recommend the Salt Addict and Captain Bruce.

We have been bringing our grandpeeps since they were born 20 years. Traditionally, our last meal on the Island is to process our experience of the week. The grands and Pap all agreed, "our fishing trip was the BEST vacation ever!!" Thank you, so much Captain Bruce and Wayland. Please thank Mrs. Bruce for teaching them how to fry the Trigger. It was the absolute best! Ya'll scored!!
