Our family booked with Captain Dave after looking at many charters from Port Washington to Sheybogan. Captain Dave and First Mate Glen were great hosts and made our family feel welcomed. We had a 5&9 year old on born and Glen was excellent at keeping the kids engaged. Dave worked the whole trip to ensure lines had all the different lures needed for a good trip. Dave kept the lines in the water all the way to the end with 3 of our fish coming on the way back into the harbor. We ended up with 8 nice fish and we all had a great time. Would absolutely book with Dave again!

This was our second outing with Captain Dave. Our trip was originally planned for Monday, but small craft advisory prevented us going out. Dave reached out early Sunday evening to let us know and he so kindly rescheduled us to Wednesday morning. The trip was so educational, exciting for our 14 yr old grandson and friend not to mention Gma/Gpa. We can't wait to go again! Thanks Dave and Todd!!
Captain Dave and First Mate Brad were fantastic hosts for our half day charter. They had a great boat setup, clearly communicated what they needed from us to reel in big fish, and answered a lot of questions from my 10yo son. Overall, experience was one I would highly recommend and we walked away with 12 salmon and one nice brown trout neatly filleted for quite a bounty.
My friend and I went out on a charter with Fishin Da Net late season (October 11th) and had a lot of success landing 3 King Salmon, 3 Steelhead (rainbow trout), and 1 lake trout between the two of us. Dave worked hard with his crew to put us on fish, consistently altering techniques and figuring out what was working and focusing on that. Dave and his crew were freindly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend charting with them and hope to be back next season.

Captain Dave and first mate Glen provided my 14 yr old grandson and his friend with a memorable trip! (Grandma and Grandpa had an awesome time as well!) we caught some beautiful fish and had lively conversation too... we are going out again tomorrow too! Definitely recommend Captain Dave for a memorable trip!
We had a great morning fishing with Captain Dave and First Mate Todd. Our grandsons are 5 and 6 and this was their first Lane Michigan trip. The team did a wonderful job keeping the kids involved and we successfully brought back a nice haul of fish.
Amazing trip, awesome crew, beautiful Lake Michigan, perfect weather.. etc… Caught three of the majors Coho and King Salmon, and rainbow trout. Missed a couple (one was a monster) but caught enough to be satisfied! 10 out of 10!
everything was great, caught my limit, captain and his cleaned everything and i was set to go. I'm thinking of going in August. Thanks again Dave.
These guys are excellent. They know what they are doing and go out of their way to make it a great experience. Highly recommend.

Took 4 of us out early Morning for a 5 hour trip! Caught 14 fish!

Thanks again for the review, Regina. Day 2 was another great day indeed. Todd, Glenn, and I sure enjoyed having you all aboard for the two day trip. I hope to have you back in the future! Thanks for booking!
We did not have any luck for the first couple of hours. Then a couple of fish. The fish started biting towards the end of our time, and they took the time to let us reel in all the bites despite the hour. They even helped us figure out a plan for the fish since we were from out of town and staying at a hotel. Great trip and great service! Highly recommend!

Thanks for the review and for booking the trip. Patience pays off when fishing. We enjoyed having you and crew on board with us. Happy Birthday to your son Alex once again! Surely a memorable birthday on the water catching salmon and trout for him.

Thanks for the review and for booking the trip, Brian. We enjoyed having your crew fishing with us. I hope to have you back again!
Captain Dave and mate Todd are a terific team! They’re personable, engaging and knowledgeable about their craft. We’re repeat customers and each time we’ve gone out with them we’ve had great outcomes - today we were one fish shy of limit! Highly recommend if you’re heading out from Port Washington, WI to do some salmon fishing on the “Big Lake.”

Thank you, Perry! Todd and I enjoy fishing with you and is our pleasure to have you on board with us. We appreciate the excellent company. Thanks again for the repeat booking. Smooth sailing till next time!
