What an absolutely EPIC day on the water with Capt. Ben! Storms rolled through early and probably scared most people away, but Capt. Ben knew exactly what he was doing. He followed the sun, found the fish, and turned what started as a questionable weather day into one we’ll never forget. The result? 18 Mahi Mahi, every one of them a keeper, including a few massive bulls that had us grinning from ear to ear! Beyond putting us on fish, Capt. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and just plain fun to spend the day with. He made everything feel effortless, whether you were an experienced angler or just there to enjoy the adventure. If you’re looking for a captain who works hard, knows these waters inside and out, and is committed to giving his clients an unforgettable experience, look no further. We couldn’t recommend Capt. Ben more highly and can’t wait to fish with him again!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on this fishing charter, and a huge part of that was thanks to Brian. From the moment we stepped on board, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included—especially my 6-year-old daughter and my 80-year-old parents. He was patient, engaging, and made sure my daughter was not only safe but also genuinely excited and involved the entire time. The highlights of the trip were unforgettable. We saw dolphins, manatees, tiger shark, stingrays, and so much more—it felt like a full wildlife tour on top of a fantastic fishing experience. Brian’s knowledge of the fish and the local ecosystem really stood out. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the trip, which made it both fun and educational. This fishing charter combined great fishing, amazing wildlife, and an overall incredible experience. We caught plenty of fish to feed the whole family at a local restaurant that Brian recommend. 10/10!

We had an amazing experience with Uncle Slam Fishing Charter! Captain Ben was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip so much fun from start to finish. We caught lots of yellowtail snapper and trigger fish, which made for an exciting day on the water. One of the coolest parts of the trip was getting to see a huge sea turtle up close! It was such a memorable experience for our whole group. Highly recommend Captain Ben and Uncle Slam if you’re looking for a great fishing charter!

Captain Brian took my family of 4 out on the bay where we caught lots of fish including some large snapper, grouper and more Capt Brian was great helping out my young kids ensuring they had a great time. The boat was comfortable and spacious riding in and out. We even got an amazing Dolphin show during the ride back!

We had a great time. Weather this time of year was iffy but luckily it was in our favor along with the fishing. Catching yellow tail and a big mutton snapper. Thanks for the experience. We would recommend using them to everyone!

We had a great time on our afternoon fishing trip and caught plenty of fish. The captain was very friendly and helpful with my two boys who have not fished much before. Would go back again.

The line got cut a few times and he did not complain we got 16 fish that made the cut and several other bait fish really nice guy and was flexible with timing
