Captain Blake has fished his entire life and decided to make it into a profession. He has enjoyed his career and he looks forward to many more years guiding clients on the water. The captain uses many different techniques to catch fish. From drifting in the boat with lures or live bait to wade fishing shallow flats, you can do whatever it takes to catch it.

    The captain had some mechanical issues with his boat and wasn’t able to make our trip happen. He was able to get us paired up with another boat/captain the night before which was a plus. Long story short, it was a rough day for our crew. We sat around about 6 other boats that were NON-STOP reeling in keeper after keeper after keeper….all while we were catching hard heads and tiny reds. Not blaming this on our booked or used captains just stating the facts. Can’t always have a great day catching but this was an exceptionally lackluster trip by a long shot. I would recommend talking to a few captains ahead of booking anything to see how it’s been going and to ensure they’ve got reliable equipment and vetted results just so you know what you could be in for.

    O meu filho e eu fomos a uma viagem de manhã de domingo (26/10) e passámos um ótimo momento. O Mike fez um trabalho fantástico a encontrar peixe - cada um de nós apanhou uma grande Corvina-vermelha! Apanhámos cerca de 25 peixes no total, maioritariamente Corvina-pintada com alguma truta-da-areia e Corvina-preta. Infelizmente, a maioria dos peixes não tinha tamanho para guardar, mas passámos um ótimo momento na mesma!
