Fly Fishing Venice

For more than 30 years, I have fished rivers, lakes and seas across Europe and around the world, turning a lifelong passion into my profession. I am the Editorial Director of Pesca TV, Italy’s television channel entirely dedicated to fishing, and throughout my career I have hosted and produced more than 1,000 television programs about fishing. This work has taken me to extraordinary destinations, fishing alongside some of the best anglers and guides I have met and experiencing very different waters, techniques, and fishing cultures. Fly fishing has always held a special place in this journey. I have written books about fishing, including Pike & Trout, and today I am also the owner of Megafly.it, one of Italy’s specialized fly-fishing stores. Guiding is another side of the same passion. I enjoy sharing not only a river and its fish, but the knowledge built through decades spent on the water. Whether we fish dry flies, nymphs or streamers, my goal is simple: to give every guest an authentic Italian fly-fishing experience and a day worth remembering.
