Harlan County lake evening fishing 7/7/2

The white bass and wipers have been schooling on top catching them with top water lures. We have also been spot locked on top ans vertical jigging them as well blade baits. The fishing has been really good the last week and only going to get better as the shad keep growing. Trust me, don’t hesitate or sleep on the morning or especially the evening trips. So far ive had better top water action for my evening trips.

White bass and wiper fishing is heating up just like the summer heat. That means it’s some of my favorite ways to catch them using blade baits and top water action‼️Casting and jigging is a ton of fun and the fight these fish have is crazy. So be sure to get in on the action before the kids head back to school. It’s a great way to get someone hooked on fishing with some whites and wipers.
