The stars of the trip were the bonnethead sharks—these energetic little fighters were active, giving the kids non-stop action and an absolute blast reeling them in. Beyond the excitement on the line, it was a great hands-on learning experience as the young anglers got to discover what makes bonnethead sharks such a unique coastal species. From mastering the rods to learning the ropes on the boat, seeing their eyes light up with every catch made it a unforgettable trip for the whole family!
